Firenze Osteria has two events coming up worth considering. First up, owner and Top Chef alum Fabio Viviani (above) will teach a cooking class on July 13, 10 a.m. to noon, demonstrating how to create four pasta dishes:  trofie (eggless pasta), fresh pomodoro penne (gluten-free), four cheese and duck sausage fettuccini (egg pasta), bolognese orecchiette (whole wheat) and pesto. The price is $65 per person  (including food consumption!) On July 17 Fabio will host a four-course dinner featuring Ventura Limoncello. The price is $75 per person.
