What would you like potential clients to know about you?

I genuinely love working with my clients. I am a hands-on agent whose priority is to build trust and open communication with everyone I work with. I want to understand clients’ short-term and long-term goals so I can use my experience, resources and network to make it a smooth experience. I’m here for my clients every step of the way.

How do you help your clients beat the competition?

Having worked on both the buyer side and the seller side, I know how to craft a clean, strong offer for my clients. It is not always about the highest price; I connect with the listing agent to really understand what the seller is looking for as far as terms, timeline, etc. That phone call allows me to package and present the best possible offer, which helps my clients regularly stand out among multiple offers.

What impact has social media had on your business?

Social media has had a major impact on my business. It is an incredible tool for keeping in touch and sharing information about the market with my friends and network. I keep my social media honest and organic—because of this, people feel comfortable reaching out to me with real estate questions. And often those relationships have turned into new clients.

Is staging a home worth the cost?

I would say staging is the most important tool in prepping a home for sale. You have a few seconds to capture the buyer’s interest with photos. In-person, a client’s first impression when they enter a property can shape how they feel about it. A professional stager is able to show a home’s full potential in a way that helps prospective buyers imagine themselves living in the space. Staging has almost become an expectation for buyers in the Los Angeles area. If full staging is out of your budget, I still recommend fresh paint, decluttering, and removing personal items.
