What steps do you take to make your office a stress-free zone?

“I have designed my dental office with the anxiety-free dental experience in mind. The office is more intimate while at the same time light and airy with a modern touch. The vibe is friendly and fun, and we like to keep the appointments easy and painless.”

How do you provide personalized attention to patients?

“I strive to provide personalized attention to all of my patients, whether it is for their scheduled appointments, treatments, questions or follow-up. I am very easy to reach and communicate with, and I cater to individualized needs. Furthermore, I treat every single patient as though they are family—with honesty and the utmost quality of care.”

What is most rewarding about your work?

“Knowing that I have eased patients’ anxiety and they return ‘looking forward’ to their dental appointment. I have time and time again heard patients telling me about previous bad experiences, which have kept them from going to the dentist at all. My mission is to create a comfortable, trusting environment for patients and to give them the best dental experience possible.”

How does technology enhance the patient experience?

“Our office is equipped with TVs in each treatment room. Our X-ray is fully digital, offering extra comfort and convenience. We have recently upgraded to cloud-based software, which provides digital communication such as appointment reminders via text and email.”

Tell us about being a busy working mom.

“I am a mom of three beautiful children! As a working mom and business owner, my life is a constant balancing act. I have an incredible support system, including my husband and my mother, who help me make my dreams a reality. I am able to practice dentistry with my own philosophy of helping patients with all of their dental needs—improving their smiles and, ultimately, their lives.

Although the balancing act as a working mother is challenging, it is also incredibly rewarding to know that I am a wonderful role model for my own children. This is what gives me the strength and motivation to make it all happen!”
