Tell us about your practice.

Dr. Persky: Our goal is to help our patients achieve and maintain their lifetime aesthetic goals. We specialize in rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, laser skin resurfacing, nonsurgical skin tightening and body contouring cosmetic devices. Enhanced tools such as our computer imaging are helpful when investigating treatment options. Our office offers a warm, friendly, professional and discreet environment in which patients can trust our expertise and feel taken care of. We pride ourselves on providing impeccable patient care service and building long-term patient/provider relationships.

What service do you recommend?

Dr. Harris: Rhinoplasty is one of my favorite surgeries and can be a very impactful procedure for patients interested in refining their nasal shape and improving their breathing. My aim is to always provide a natural result that suits the patient’s face well and draws attention to the eyes rather than the nose. The recovery is straightforward, and external incisions are either nonexistent or very minimal with the techniques I use.

Any other services you’d like to highlight?

Dr. Harris: The extended deep plane facelift and necklift that I perform is a highly specialized technique for naturally rejuvenating the midface, jawline and neck area. There is no pulled or unnatural appearance with this technique, and it can dramatically improve a patient’s appearance and well-being. I also like to incorporate several additional treatments to this surgery including platelet-rich plasma and tranexamic acid to improve healing and reduce downtime. Combining a deep plane facelift with other procedures to restore the position of the brows or open up the eyes can also be performed at the same time, if desired, for a comprehensive approach to address facial aging.

What can be expected at a patient’s first consultation?

Dr. Persky: We listen to our patient describe their concerns and wishes, evaluate their face, discuss their treatment plan and then give an estimate of cost. Botox is the only treatment recommended at the initial visit. A follow-up appointment is scheduled for two weeks later, at which time we make sure our patient is satisfied. We then proceed with our individualized treatment plan. Our goal is to increase our patient’s unique attractiveness. We restore and rejuvenate the natural appearance of each particular face with our expertise, experience, knowledge, skill and natural artistic vision. We are grateful for the privilege of earning our patients’ trust.

What do you most enjoy about your field?

Dr. Harris: I aim to provide the highest level of care for my patients with a focus on achieving natural, consistent and profound results all within a luxurious yet relaxed setting. The most exciting and humbling aspect of being a facial plastic surgeon is having patients come to me interested in improving their most valuable asset—their face—and being able to offer them the latest techniques and solutions. The ultimate reward is seeing their excitement and oftentimes a notable boost in confidence following the procedure, whether it be surgical or nonsurgical.

I am also very grateful to have a skill set that allows me to give back through surgical missions in various countries including India, Haiti and Honduras, as well as locally through pro bono surgery with organizations like Face Forward, which supports survivors of domestic violence and other cruel acts.
