In what ways do you provide top-notch customer service to sellers who list with you?
“My goal is to help my clients get the highest sales price possible. Therefore, having a strategic plan to accomplish this is vital. First, I may recommend staging and/or small changes or repairs be made to enhance their property’s appeal. Next, I implement my comprehensive marketing program, which includes vast exposure on social media and on the internet.
Once we are in escrow, I help them prepare for their move by recommending moving companies, companies that help them organize the sale and estate sale companies. I personally walk them through the entire process from beginning to end—resulting in a successful closing.”
