There's no such thing as too much pizza in the Valley, and earlier this month owner and chef Richard Florczak joined members of the West Valley-Warner Chamber of Commerce to cut the ribbon on Reseda's Flame Pizzeria, offering the wood-fired variety. You have to go NoBo (that's north of the Boulevard) to get to this one, located at the intersection of Tampa Avenue and Vanowen Street. Richard, author of The Private Chef, is a former private chef-to-the-stars whose clients included Tom Cruise, Mel Gibson and Leonardo DiCaprio.
