The Sauce has been keeping an eye on Sherman Oaks' Marlin and Ono Grille, offering contemporary Italian cuisine and originally slated to open in May. The new restaurant—owned and operated by Chef Martin Colman in the space formerly occupied by Señor Fred—promises fresh, sushi-grade seafood jetted in daily from Hawaii.

This should come as welcome news to those always fishing for the newest place to dine.
