Hamburger Hamlet fans can stop mourning. Lum-Ka-Naad recently opened in Encino at 17644 Ventura Boulevard, just east of White Oak.  The original location in Northridge is known for its noodle bar and nearly 180 Northern and Southern Thai specialty dishes.  We look forward to checking it out!

Just noticed while driving by: The former Brats Bros location at 13456 Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks now has a Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control application notice for a beer and wine license effective July 1.
