Q&A

What is evo Foot?
“Evo started as a concept practice in 2011 where the fusion of technology, medicine and humanities served as the core principles of everything we created. Our procedures are designed with aesthetics in mind, respecting beauty as well as function. The practice is designed around the principles of UX (User Experience), offering our patients concierge medicine without the premium cost. Evo is about finding excellence in every aspect of how we serve our patients.”

How does evo improve health care?
“As evo doctors, we come to work with the credo that being a good doctor is our minimum deliverable. We go to medical school, complete residency and begin practice with the expectation that we should be excellent practitioners of our craft. Settling for good results isn’t good enough for us. So we lead by example, implementing the most advanced, modern technologies for our patients regardless of the cost. This is what we committed to when we took our oath.”

What’s unique about evo procedures?
“In 2001 Dr. Sadrieh merged plastic surgical techniques with foot surgery and created Aesthetic Foot Surgery. Evo bunion correction and hammertoe correction set a new standard for short recovery, cosmetic results and functional surgery of the foot.”

Wise Words
In our speciality, if it doesn’t look good, it’s probably going to be a problem in the future! What that means is that in the foot, most structural problems present as visually problematic areas as well. Hammertoes, bunions, tailor’s bunions and other problems may be there without pain, but the fact is that over time they can develop real issues like arthritis, tissue degeneration and pain.

Before & After

The evofoot bunion correction is an advanced method that allows the patient to remain ambulatory during the recovery process. The average recovery involves a two-week period of wearing a surgical shoe, then a two-week period of tennis shoes. The incisions are hidden on the side and closed plastic-surgically.

Memorable Moment
We’ve been privileged with so many special experiences with our patients, but one of most memorable is when we deliver a toe reconstruction to a patient. These procedures are unique to our practice, as evo is the only place in the world that this can be performed. They’re life-changing, and the expression on our patients’ faces when they see the reveal is worth all the effort!
