Tender Greens To Open in Burbank and Studio City

Tender Greens, the seasonal farmer’s market driven fast casual restaurant will be making its first foray into the 818 this May in Burbank at the former Wasteland location (325 N. San Fernando Road).  Another location is slated in a yet to be named location in Studio City as well.  Each Tender Greens location is overseen its own Executive Chef.  The menu includes Big Salads, Little Salads, Comfort Soups and Hot Stuff – all use organic ingredients with a price point of $4 – $16.

Erik Oberholtzer, co-founder of Tender Greens, gave The Ventura Blvd Sauce this statement regarding the San Fernando Valley expansions: “Eight years ago we opened our first Tender Greens location in Culver City, and now have 12 locations in Los Angeles, San Diego and the Bay Area. With more expansions on the horizon, it’s just a natural next step for us to open in Burbank and Studio City where diners are equally passionate about local, sustainable food at affordable prices.  Our customers have asked us for years to open a location in Studio City and the valley, and we finally found the perfect locations."
