Beverly Garland Day Specials at The Front Yard

The Front Yard offers Beverly Garland’s favorite food/drink combo for $15 on January 19 only.

The city of Los Angeles has declared Tuesday, January 19 Beverly Garland Day.

Garland (1926-2008), born Beverly Lucy Fessenden in Santa Cruz, was a TV actress (My Three Sons) and glamour girl in quite a few low-budget action and horror films but is best known around here as the owner of North Hollywood’s Garland Hotel.

Beverly Garland looks ready for a martini in the 1959 horror flick The Alligator People.

Always up for a party, The Front Yard restaurant and the Lobby Bar at the Garland will celebrate Beverly’s special day with a $15 burger-and-martini special. We’re told that was Beverly’s favorite food and beverage combo. Guests will also be offered a free cookie and 25% discount on all merchandise at The Store.

4222 Vineland Ave., North Hollywood, 818-255-7290
