Save the date: Tarzana's Peasant Wine Bistro invites you to a Summer Wine Dinner with Baldacci Family Vineyards (located in the Stags Leap area of Napa Valley) on Monday, August 17 at 7 p.m. Seating is limited for this private event, so RSVP early.
To whet your appetite, a few of the evening's wine and cuisine pairings will include a 2013 Carneros gewürztraminer paired with crunchy shrimp with orange ginger sauce over toasted couscous; a 2012 Carneros Elizabeth pinot noir paired with orecchiette pasta with sausage ragù; and a 2010 Stag's Leap cabernet paired with spicy tri-tip roast with sweet potato fries and Burgundy sauce.
